The most dangerous cities in Pennsylvania are are Scranton, Penbrook, Waynesboro, Washington Township, Shippensburg and Carlisle. To determine the most dangerous cities in Pennsylvania in 2024, we have reviewed the number of violent crimes reported in 2022, 2021, 2020 per 1,000 residents, with data from the Uniform Crime Reporting Program.
