Idaho is the state in the pacific northwest region of United States, borders Wyoming to the east, Nevada and Utah to the south, Montana to the east and Washington and Oregon to the west. Idaho population in 2024 is expected to be 1.97 million, ranks 39th by population rank in US. Its area is 83,569 square miles(216,440 sq km), fourteenth position by area rank. Idaho gaining population and increased by 115,387 people since from the last census of 2020. Boise is the capital and largest city of Idaho state, followed by Meridian and Nampa.

According to U.S. 2020 Census Results, ID population in 2020 is 1,839,106. Idaho population in 2023 is expected to be 1.98 million, population in 2022 is expected to be 1.93 million, and in 2021 is expected to be 1.9 million.

White Population

White population in Idaho are 1,507,880, percentage wise 90.98 percent are whites. Whites, also called White Americans or European American, having origins in the original peoples of Europe (numbers include hispanic whites).

Black Population
