Cary is the city in North Carolina State of United States, located in the Piedmont region of the eastern, bordered on the north and east by Raleigh, on the south by Apex and Holly Springs, on the north and west by Research Triangle Park and Morrisville, and on the west by the Jordan Lake area. Cary city population in 2021 is estimated to be 178,670, covers city area of 59.94 sq mi (155.25 sq km), ranks seventh largest city in North Carolina State, one-hundred-fiftieth city in the United States.
