Lake Forest is a city in California, State of United States, borders bordered by Irvine on the west and northwest, Laguna Hills and Laguna Woods on the southwest, Mission Viejo on the southeast, Trabuco Canyon, Limestone Canyon Regional Park on the north and Silverado Canyon on the east. Lake Forest population in 2024 is estimated to be 87,017, covers city area of 16.79 sq mi (43.49 sq km), ranks ninety-seventh largest city in California State, four-hundred-fifth city in the United States. Lake Forest has two lakes from which the city gets its name, It is a city in Orange County, incorporated as a city in 1991. Lake Forest population as per 2020 census is 85,858 compared to 2010 population of 77,264 with the increase number of 8,594 people and growth of 11.1 percent.
